Feature request: component naming

It would be really helpful if these naming features were available

  1. Input/Output components named from CSV columns

  2. There was an option to rename CVS columns in the datawizard

  3. Editing component names:
    3.1 In the Components panel: double-click and type replaces name (it seems sometimes to do this and sometimes to put an insertion point at the end of the text, though the field as a whole is given a “selected” appearance
    3.2 Directly on the component: Cool! In-place editing already exists and works nicely

  4. Enable cut/copy/paste in the component name fields - panel and on component

Thanks for the requests!

  1. We have this on our list to be done this month (was supposed to be last month but we got a bit tight on time), although hopefully we will see it sooner rather than later.
  2. Great point! I assume this may be more helpful for externally downloaded datasets rather than the ones you create yourself?
  3. Noted down the issue with the components panel, thanks!
